Abstract

University recruitment constitutes a very delicate moment in the life of aspirants and in the very existence of the university. The main weakness lies in the request for a high number of publications, with articles published in class A journals. How is it possible that a research doctor between the ages of twenty-five and thirty can boast such a copious production? It follows that "Agée" candidates are the winners. The late entry of researchers constitutes a problem of absolute relevance and emergency. It is no coincidence that the Italian university teaching staff is the oldest in Europe.
